“We are super excited to be partnering with Sofar Sounds and four independent record stores to give our fans the opportunity to attend one of a series of stripped back performances in unique secret locations in Leeds, Brighton, Cardiff or London.

Back in 2009 when we released our debut album we decided to go on a UK wide tour of small and irregular venues instead of the more normal (and business minded) venue circuit. We ended up playing on boats, beaches and trains, and it became one of the most joyful and memorable tours we’ve ever done.

For the release of My Big Day we’ve decided to create some more of those moments and will be embarking on an acoustic tour of intimate venues and homes across the UK. We’re looking forward to making some more memories on this one!” –  Bombay Bicycle Club
